Our Wine Tours and Tasting Experiences

A visit of Château Lamothe-Bergeron offers both adults and children an immersive wine tourism experience inside a fully restored Médoc château.

The journey begins in the 19th-century salon, where our team introduces you to the history of the estate. It continues in the “Terroir Observatory”, an area dedicated to understanding the landscape, vineyard practices, and our environmental commitments. Next, you step into our modern technical facilities, where a sound & light show brings to life the daily work of the vat room and cellar.

Entertaining, educational, and accessible to all, this experience appeals equally to families and wine enthusiasts. The tour concludes The tour concludes in our vaulted cellar’s tasting room and boutique, where you can enjoy our wines and choose your favourite Médoc to take home with you.

Wine Tasting Workshop – Learn to Taste Wine Confidently

An ideal wine tasting for beginners looking to discover the basics of oenology. Learn to observe, smell and taste wine through a guided tasting of 3 Château Lamothe-Bergeron cuvées. Combine the Enthusiast’s Tour with a picnic in the château’s beautiful park. Yes, all our wine tours are family-friendly. Reduced children’s and teenager’s rates are available that come with juice, macarons or tapas depending on the tour chosen. The visit is interactive and approachable for all ages, and our team adapts to each group.
We’ve thought of everyone! It’s not necessary to drink wine to enjoy the history of the château, the beauty of the estate, or the immersive tour. During the tasting, we offer non-alcoholic options (juice, water, tea or coffee depending on the time of day). Everyone can enjoy the experience, whatever their preferences.
Yes. Fully renovated in 2015, our 19th-century Médoc château is designed for universal accessibility. Our facilities include ramps, an elevator, and accessible washrooms. Please inform us of your needs when booking so that we can adapt the tour for your comfort.
Yes. All our wine tastings follow a responsible tasting charter. We serve only tasting samples, never full glasses, and we provide water, non-alcoholic beverages, and breathalysers. Many of our tours also include food pairings, ensuring balanced enjoyment. At Château Lamothe-Bergeron wine is discovered in an educational and respectful setting.
